Raymond Louis "Ray" Doenges, 90, of Aurora, IN,  died Tuesday, October 14, 2008 in Lawrenceburg, IN.

He was born Thursday, August 22, 1918 in Lawrenceburg, IN, Son of the late John Doenges and the late Lula Probst Doenges.

He served his Country as a WWII Army Veteran.
He was an avid Reds Baseball Fan.  He worked on the Bottling Floor Line for Seagram's Distillery, retiring after over 46 years of service.

Surviving are Son, Jerry (Debbie) Doenges of Aurora, IN; Daughter, Patricia (Bob) Coghill of Aurora, IN; Sister, Millie Lyttle of Greendale, IN; Grandchild, Conner Coghill; Nieces & Nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents,  John and Lula Probst Doenges and his wife, Mary Robinson Doenges.


Friends will be received 12:00 noon - 2:00 PM, Friday, October 17, 2008 at the Rullman Hunger Denney Funeral Home, Aurora, Indiana.

Services will be held at the Funeral Home following visitation at 2:00 pm with Pastor Jeremy Russell officiating.

Interment will follow in the Riverview Cemetery, Aurora, IN.  Color Guard Services will be conducted by the Korean War Veterans and the American Veterans.
