My sympathy to Fran’s family at the loss of a special lady. I remember serving with Fran on the RSVP Board of Directors. She was such a sweet, kind Lady.

I will always remember her loving and beautiful nature. She always had great smile and helped out, and I will always know her by the nickname I always heard my dad call her, Queenie! Love you and my sympathy to the family.
