Pamela Sue Gleason passed away peacefully on April 2nd, 2015. Pam, as she was called by family and friends, was born on December 3rd, 1946 and graduated from Aurora High School in 1964. Pam spent several years working and living in the city of Jeffersonville, Indiana. While in Jeffersonville, she was very active within the community serving with the Steam Boat Days festival committee, where she served a term as president, among various other positions within the committee. She was also very active within her Sorority, Beta Sigma Phi. Where ever she was, she made a continual effort to stay in touch with her former high school classmates, friends and sorority sisters. Pam also loved to quilt. She attended various quilting retreats with her friends from the quilting group that she belonged to and won many awards for the quilts she made.

Pam worked as a bookkeeper for several years until she was unable to work due to diabetes. Among the companies that she worked for in Jeffersonville were Midwest Veneer, and Paramount Plywood. She worked very hard and was respected and loved by everyone that she worked for and with.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Frances Walker of Dillsboro, IN. She is survived by husband John Gleason (Mount Vernon, WA), brother Ken Walker (Susan) of Camano Island, WA, her children: William "Billy" Lattire (Amber Rocha) San Antonio, TX, Lewis Busse (Erica) De Pere, WI, John Gleason II (Beth Harrison) Jeffersonville, IN, step daughter Kim Sorrell (Frank), Amhurst, OH and 11 grandchildren.

Visitation to be held at Rullman Hunger Funeral Home in Aurora, on Saturday, July 11th from 12pm to 2pm, memorial service to follow at 2pm.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation or the American Heart Association.
