Jerry William "Butch" Watters, 68, of Sunman, IN, formerly of Aurora, died Wednesday, February 17, 2010 in Hamilton, OH.

He was born Wednesday, February 19, 1941 in Aurora, IN, Son of the late Condi Eugene Watters and the late Chrystal Lynn Watters.

He served his Country as a Vietnam Veteran serving as an Airman Second Class.

He was a member of Milan American Legion Post #235, American Vets in Milan, IN & Aurora Fraternal Order of Eagles. He was a member of Union IUE-AFL-CIO.

He worked in Quality Control for Ford Motor Company, retiring after over 30 years of service.

Surviving are Son, Christopher (Wife-Susan) Watters of Hamilton, OH; Daughter, Michelle (Husband-Peter) Brown of Altamonte Springs, FL; Brother, Eugene Condi (Wife-Sandy) Watters of Agusta, GA; Grandchildren, Celina Balboni, Sgt. Matthew L. Custodio & Christopher Lee Watters Jr.; Great-Grandchild, Alize Brianna Custodio.


Friends will be received 12:00 Noon - 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 20, 2010 at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, Aurora, Indiana.

Services will be held at the Funeral Home following visitation at 2:00 pm with Rev. Dana Stout & Rev. Condi Watters officiating. 

Interment will follow in the Moores Hill Cemetery, Moores Hill, IN. Military graveside services will be conducted by members of local Veterans Service Organizations.
